I started this online resource in English to help ashtanga practitioners who have moved to Switzerland or are here on holidays or passing through, are missing their daily Mysore practice and are looking for a teacher or a practice group.
On this site you will find a list of Mysore Groups in Switzerland and a list of ashtanga workshops by authorized, certified and senior teachers. I'll do my best to update the lists.
